Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz. )can of Lump Crab Meat
- 1 egg white
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 Tablespoons cracker crumbs
- dash of salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix crabmeat, mayonnnaise, eggwhite and cracker crumbs together. Form small patties and refrigerate till ready to cook.
- Bake in oven 350 degree for 20 minutes
- Fry in skillet: Put butter or oil in frying pan. Cook each side for 3/5 minutes untill golden brown.
