Easy Shrimp Saute
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Raw Shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cooked Fettuccine or Rice
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the margarine. Add vegetable oil, chives and minced garlic and saute’
- -2 minutes. Then add shrimp and toss. Add sherry and cook until shrimp are tender and red, stir several times and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, stir till cheese melts.
- Serve over fettuccine or rice of your choice.
- Enjoy!
