Lobster Pizza
Lobster Pizza
This can be served as a main course or an appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Crust or Flatbread
- 2/3 Fresh Roma Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup of Goat Cheese
- 6 ounces of Lobster Meat (Knuckle & Claw)
- 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Basil (cut into Strips or chopped)
- 1/8 cup of Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of Goat Cheese
Instructions
- PRE- HEAT OVEN 375 degree
- In a small bowl mix together lobster meat, olive oil, chopped garlic. Mix well. Make sure all Lobster Meat is coated with mixture.
- Lay out pizza dough or flat bread.
- Slice Roma Tomato very thin, spread out slices evenly on the pizza crust.
- Place Lobster Meat evenly on crust.
- Top with Goat Cheese and Parmesan
- Sprinkle the Fresh Basil on top of cheese.
- Drizzle with Lemon Juice
- Cook for 10-15 minutes ENJOY !!!
